At MYCARDSINFO.COM, we strive to provide high-quality NFC digital business cards and seamless digital profiles. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully before making a purchase.
* Before Activation: You may request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the digital profile has not yet been set up or the physical card has not been dispatched.
* Subscription Cancellation: You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your digital profile will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which it will be deactivated.
* Digital Services: Once your digital business card profile has been activated and the link is functional, the subscription fee is non-refundable. This is because the digital infrastructure and hosting for your profile are allocated immediately upon activation.
* Physical NFC Cards: If you receive a physical card that is technically defective (e.g., the NFC chip does not trigger) or damaged during transit, we will provide a free replacement. You must report such issues within 7 days of delivery.
* Incorrect Information: We are not responsible for refunds or free replacements if the information provided by the user (e.g., misspelled name, wrong phone number) is incorrect. Please double-check your data before submission.
* Renewal payments are processed to extend the validity of your profile for another year. Once a renewal payment (minimum 30% of the package) is made and the account is extended, that payment is non-refundable.
If you encounter a technical defect with your physical card, please follow these steps:
* Contact us via email or our support portal.
* Provide your order number and a brief video showing the card's failure to scan/tap.
* Once verified, we will ship a replacement card at no additional cost.
MYCARDSINFO.COM reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., fraudulent activity or inappropriate content). In such cases of policy violation, no refunds will be issued.
